Ann Oram RSW

Ann Oram RSWAnn Oram RSW is well known for the rich jewel-like colour in her exuberantly expressive flowers and still life paintings but she also paints landscapes and townscapes.

She was born in London in 1956. She spent much of her childhood in Scotland and studied at Edinburgh College of Art between 1976 and 1982. Ann was a part time lecturer at Edinburgh College of Art for a number of years and she was elected to RSW in 1986. She has travelled widely and lived for a time in Spain and also in Austria, with her experiences informing her work.
