Exhibitions

A selection of works from each exhibition is displayed on the website.  To view these, please click the links below.

Pictures initially appear as thumbnail images. To view a larger image, simply click on the thumbnail, then close the window to return to thumbnails.

We hold work by many artists in stock, in addition to that on display in current exhibitions.  It may be that work from previous exhibitions is still available.  If you are interested in a specific artist, we can email more images if we have any.   We can also provide further information.  Sizes given are for artworks excluding frames.

Sales

All works are for sale once an exhibition has opened.  If you would like to make a purchase please telephone or e-mail the gallery.  Although we cannot accept direct online transactions,  payment may be made by telephone using most major credit cards or by cheque payable to Tolquhon Gallery.

Prices quoted for paintings are for framed works.  Details of frames can be had from the gallery.  Delivery charges will be applied at cost.  If you wish to buy a work in a current exhibition, we would request that we might retain it until the exhibition ends.  It can then be collected or delivered.

Should a  request for a work arrive at the same time as an enquiry at the gallery, the gallery client will take precedence.  For further information or to make a purchase, please Contact Us.

Interest free credit is available through the Own Art  scheme, offered in Scotland through Creative Scotland (formerly the Scottish Arts Council).

Own Art offers interest-free loans of £100 to £2,000 (Typical 0% APR) for the purchase of original contemporary visual art and crafts.  Loans are repaid in ten equal monthly instalments.

You need a bank account that can handle direct debits, proof of identity with your address on it, and you also need to be over 18.

GIFT VOUCHERS are available from the gallery to set against any purchase.
