AUBIN BISHOP is
a graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone, Dundee, specialising in jewellery
and metalwork. She works in Aberdeen as a jeweller/designer and
as a part time lecturer at Gray's School of Art. Her work is
created through experimentation, with dyeing and inlaying
acrylics. She juxtaposes colours and materials to create a range
of jewellery with a retro feel.
JACQUI and DUNCAN
GRANT work as a
partnership, bringing together their complementary skills, built over
15 years of experience as jewellers in the trade. They are part
time lecturers at Gray's School of Art, where they both studied
jewellery and 3D Design. Their range of jewellery is a
contemporary interpretation of the Scottish landscape. They work
with a wide range of precious metals and stones to produce unique commission
pieces by appointment.
CAROLE HERBERT
is a self employed jeweller, silversmith. She is a graduate of Gray's
School of Art, where she is a part time lecturer. Her work is
inspired by natural forms and repeating patterns. These sources
create movement and flow in her sculpted pieces. Her present work
is made from silver, gold and applied enamels.
BEVERLEY HUTTON
MOORE is a graduate of Gray's School of Art and Ulster
University. She works as a silversmith and jeweller from her
workshop near Aberdeen where her pieces are inspired by the
surrounding countryside. Beverley specialises in creating bowls,
spoons and handmade chains, incorporating stone setting.
ANNE MARQUISS is
a graduate of Gray's School of Art specialising in jewellery and 3D
Design. She is a teacher of Art and Design and a part time
lecturer at Gray's. Anne's pieces are simplified rounded forms, worked
in silver, gold leaf, leather and pearls. Attention is given to
the surface quality through etching and filing, to create rich
textures, pattern and colour.
